This class guides you to pause, reset, and restore balance. We focus on practices that activate your parasympathetic nervous system, bringing calm, clarity, and energy back into your life. The exercises are gentle, accessible, and can be easily practiced at home.

In each session, we incorporate:

  • Breathwork to activate relaxation and calm the nervous system
  • Somatic practices and stretches to release tension and bring awareness to your body
  • Soothing music to guide your nervous system into a restful state

Whether you’re stressed, anxious, or simply want a space to recharge, this class gives you the tools to restore calm and balance in your daily life.

The set-up

how does it work?

Each class lasts 1 hour (or 1.5 hours if needed), in a warm, welcoming group environment. I guide you through a series of gentle, restorative practices to help you release stress and reset your nervous system.

By stimulating your parasympathetic nervous system your body’s “rest and digest” mode you not only feel calmer, but also support better digestion, reduced bloating, and overall gut health.

You’ll leave with practical tools and exercises you can use at home anytime you need a moment of calm, helping your body stay in balance even outside the class.
