my story: from struggle to empowerment

It all began six years ago, after returning from the beautiful Mexico. I was struggling gut issues, low energy, unexplained weight gain, constant cravings. I felt completely disconnected from my body, drained, and unsure where to start.

I decided to take control of my health and made big changes to my diet. Almost immediately, I felt a surge of energy, I thought I was on the right path. But it wasn’t all smooth sailing. I found myself caught between extremes: trying to enjoy food without fear or obsession, without feeling socially isolated, while also battling my own limiting beliefs, the pressure to work harder, achieve more, and find my value in productivity.

This mindset pushed me to keep striving, collecting certifications, and always being “on.” But despite trying every method to fix my gut issues, nothing fully worked. I saw different therapists, explored different approaches, yet my health remained fragile. Eventually, the pressure caught up with me - I hit a wall. I burned out. My energy was gone, and even the simplest physical activity felt impossible.

That’s when I realized something important: food is essential, yes, but it only works when the body can actually absorb and process it. That can’t happen if the body is constantly in fight-or-flight mode, dealing with stress, parasites, bad bacteria, or missing the good kind.

This was my turning point. I started focusing on healing my nervous system through meditation, hypnosis, regression therapy, and somatic work. Slowly, I learned how to balance my nervous system, improve my digestion, and truly heal from within.

I continued learning and growing, eventually becoming an orthomolecular advisor (similar to a nutritionist), steadily working on myself. And today, I can honestly say: it worked. My health, body, mind, and soul, has transformed. And I believe everyone deserves to experience this.

You don’t have to figure it all out alone or repeat the same mistakes I made. I’m here to share what I’ve learned, and to help you find the balance, energy, and well-being you deserve.
