My coaching is rooted in orthomolecular therapy, which looks at how nutrition, lifestyle, and the nervous system can work together to support your body’s natural healing process. During our time together, Ill help you understand the underlying causes of your symptoms, so we can gently shift your approach to health.
This is a space for you to feel heard, supported, and empowered as we create a holistic plan that addresses your unique needs. From stress management to improving your gut health, I’ll guide you with practical, actionable steps that suit your lifestyle and help you feel more at ease in your body.
